All products at Tulio are made-to-measure to fit your specifications.
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
To be eligible for a return or exchange due to defect or damage, you must notify us at hello@tulio.design within 1 day of receiving the product.
Please provide detailed information and photographic evidence of the defect or damage when contacting us.
Products that are not defective or damaged cannot be returned due to their made-to-measure nature.
If your return is approved for a defective or damaged product, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
The credit will be processed within 15 working days, subject to your card issuer’s policies.
